Then waddle to the right part of the screen and click on the water tap
Click “Yes” and the Water Tap Pin will be added to your inventory.

Club Penguin Pin WATER TAP PIN November 4, 2010
Simbasim here Club Penguin has just added a new pin. Pins are coming every two weeks in different places on the island. If you want to get the latest pin, the Water Tap Pin, follow this simple guide:
Login on Club Penguin, click on you’re map and go to the Beach.
Then waddle to the right part of the screen and click on the water tap
Click “Yes” and the Water Tap Pin will be added to your inventory.
